Element – the museum restaurant in Seebüll

Element invites not only museum visitors to enjoy a pleasurable break. The restaurant is operated independently by our tenant John Kasraei. With a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape, regionally and internationally inspired dishes as well as cold and hot drinks are served. The menu ranges from light snacks and hearty daily dishes to homemade cakes. In good weather, the terrace invites you to linger.

In the entrance area of the museum restaurant Element, guests will find a small delicatessen shop with specialities produced or processed directly on site. These include seasonal products such as quince ketchup and homemade fruit spritzers in varieties such as pear‑rosemary, rhubarb‑lemon balm or dog rose‑cucumber. The range is complemented by selected delicatessen items.

In addition, Element regularly offers culinary events aimed at both museum visitors and external guests. At the monthly “After Work at Seebüll”, the restaurant invites guests to a relaxed end to the week every last Friday evening of the month from 6 pm – with music from a live DJ, small dishes and drinks in an informal atmosphere.

Element also provides suitable rooms for private celebrations or business events. Weddings, company parties or Christmas festivities can be individually planned and hosted in a stylish setting for up to 100 guests. The team supports with organisation, menu planning and scheduling, ensuring a harmonious overall package.

For all enquiries regarding events, group offers or delicatessen products, the Element team is happy to assist.
